| Description: | This mother and child were originally with a huge herd. They did get separated when off in the distance, a single Wolf moved in. The mother and calf started running further and further away from the herd. The last we saw of the mother and calf: They were getting some distance between the two of them and the Wolf -- and -- they were running uphill. I, of course, was rooting for the mother and calf and some of the others were rooting for the Wolf. We never did know the outcome, but personally, I think the Caribou won that match. |
